Best RPG Game

Top RPGs You Shouldn’t Miss!

The widely regarded scope of RPG (Role-Playing Game) peaked its digital recognition in the gaming scene over its numerous game streams, and its local or international game conventions. Here’s a brief illustration about RPGs— it is an interactive game where the player takes up the role of a particular hero or character in a concocted situation. My definition of best RPG game is spiraled with a game’s flow of storyline, it’s user-friendly edge, the complex situations and obstacles I have to overcome. My frontrunner RPGs are the ones hitting the mainstream innovation latterly; so here are some of my must-play RPGs that will hopefully make an exception to you!

1. Into The Breach

Into The Beach

Into The Breach has a fair trace of the pixelated or 8bit blocky graphics that appeals visually to the gaming geeks hitched in the 90s traditional arcade games. Its strategic gameplay entails your ability to defend the entire human civilization from massive beasts called the Vek. The challenge runs through building or picking the ultimate mech tagged along with the player’s strategy to defeat the Vek infestation without causing any casualties of the civilizations’ properties.

2. PUBG (PlayerUnknown’s Battleground)

This multiplayer battle shooter game flashbacks on the CrossFire game or the legendary shooter game Counter Strike; only that, PUBG’s gameplay shrinks its battle area through a red zone, pushing hundreds of players inside it to win for their lives until a surviving squad or the last man standing takes home the chicken. The exciting portion of the game flow is a randomized loot which requires the player to run from one house to the other to loot weapons, armors, its accessories, and healing boosts, while avoiding gunshots and attacks from opponents.

3. NieR: Automata

NieR - Automata

NieR: Automata is an action quest of battle androids circling 2B, 9S, and A2 in a dark post-apocalyptic open world to redeem their machine-ruled dismal landscape while defeating mechanical invaders— commonly known as machine lifeforms. The gameplay will astound you an array of weapon forms, perspective levels, battle skills, and a loadout you can customize ancillary to your style of attacking.

4. Visage

Among the RPG horror games I’m much obsessed with is the graphically realistic psychological horror game— Visage. This first person game sets you inside an atmospheric and eerie setting, allowing you to explore every significant area of the house to unfold mysteries that lies behind it. To survive, the player needs to avoid terrors he/she meets throughout while sanity meter must be kept up. Appearance of ghastly entities and the possibility of jumpscares is not as high as Resident Evil and the Outlast series; the amount of uncanniness runs on the average level I must say.

5. Kingdom Hearts

Kingdom Hearts

The Kingdom Hearts series is a collaboration of Disney and Pixar characters. It centers on the main hero Sora on his journey and side quests. Its gameplay elements mounts up to the character development, skills, and strength level-ups. The game’s best spot is The Dark Seeker Saga that chronicles to the endeavors of Sora, Riku, and Kairi we’ve all been looking forward!

By the same token with my best five RPG games, there are definitely ones out there that perfectly deserves the spot such as: The Witcher, Persona 5, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, the Final Fantasy series of course and a whole arcade gallery of RPG games that I have to discover yet. What’s your best RPG games so far?
